Mythology Mastering is an affordable mixing and mastering solution based in Los Angeles, CA. Mythology Mastering welcomes all genres of music for a polished final step at an affordable price, with a quick turnaround. Katie Gilchrest is founder and lead engineer. She has a Master of Music degree in Music Technology from New York University, and a B.A. in Music from the University of Southern Maine. She has extensive experience training her ears in live sound, studio engineering, concert recording, and mastering all genres of music..
EQUIPMENT
Mixing and Mastering solutions are performed primarily in the box at Mythology Mastering with state of the art plugins by Waves, Izotope, T Racks, and Fab Filter.. Monitoring is done on Responds Grand Artist speakers, Adam Audio T5V, B&W 686 speakers, Transparent Ultra cables, and Beyer Dynamic DT 770 Pro headphones.
